RightFlow is an automated platform that helps Israeli employees verify their pension and keren hishtalmut payments. We use AI to extract terms from your employment contract and compare them with actual deposits to ensure your employer is paying correctly.

Simply upload your employment contract, salary reports, and pension/keren statements. Our system will automatically extract the relevant information and show you a comparison on the Verify page.

You'll need: (1) Your employment contract (PDF), (2) Monthly salary slips/payslips (PDF), (3) Pension fund statements, (4) Keren Hishtalmut statements. All documents should be in PDF format.

Most documents are processed within 2-5 minutes. Complex documents or lower-quality scans may take slightly longer. You'll receive a notification when processing is complete.

Yes. All documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Google Cloud Platform for secure storage and processing. Your data is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

If you find a payment discrepancy, mark it as 'disputed' in the Verify page. Export the verification report as PDF and contact your employer's HR department. The report serves as official documentation of the discrepancy.

Yes. You can export verification results as CSV, JSON, or PDF from the Reports and Verify pages. These exports can be used for personal records or when communicating with your employer.

Currently, each user account can track one active employment contract. If you change jobs, you can upload a new contract which will replace the previous one. Historical data remains accessible.
