Contracting party and policy status

Contracting party: [Pending counsel-approved legal entity name]; registration number: [Pending counsel-approved registration number]; business address: [Pending counsel-approved business address]. Policy version 2026-07-02-draft is a launch draft and remains subject to Israeli counsel approval. Live checkout must stay disabled while these details are pending.

Service scope

RightFlow provides document processing, contract extraction, payroll comparison, and reporting workflows. The platform helps identify potential issues but does not replace individualized legal advice.

No professional advice or definitive legal conclusion

Outputs distinguish extracted facts, calculations, rule-based comparisons, and AI explanations. They may identify potential issues or missing evidence, but they are not individualized legal, tax, pension, accounting, or financial advice and do not determine employer liability or an amount legally owed.

Pricing, payment, renewals, and tax documents

The checkout must show ILS pricing, applicable tax treatment, whether the purchase is one-time or recurring, the renewal cadence, trial terms if any, and the total charged before payment. The configured processor is [Pending counsel-approved payment processor]. RightFlow does not store raw card data. Live sales are blocked until [Pending counsel-approved invoice/receipt provider] is configured to issue the required purchase record and Israeli tax document.

Cancellation, access after cancellation, and refunds

Before live sales, checkout and account settings must provide an online cancellation channel and disclose the effective cancellation date, access after cancellation, data-retention period, and counsel-approved refund terms. No unconditional refund promise applies unless it appears in the final purchase terms and confirmation.

User responsibilities

Users must have authority to upload the records, provide accurate documents, protect account access, review outputs and source evidence before acting, and use reports lawfully.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and resilient, but workflows may be interrupted by maintenance, provider incidents, or external dependencies beyond our direct control.

Material changes and governing terms
